Organization

Université Grenoble Alpes relies on an integrated organization that closely combines political governance and administration to implement its strategic project.
Every day, nearly 14,000 staff members are dedicated to advancing the university’s missions. Together, they help educate students, advance knowledge, support innovation, and contribute to societal change.

This organizational structure enables the UGA to combine strategic vision, academic excellence, and operational efficiency. It fosters cooperation among the institution’s various components and strengthens its ability to work alongside its partners, thereby affirming its role as a leader in an academic, scientific, and innovation ecosystem of international scope.
