Responsible Employers

Our university and its constituent institutions (Grenoble INP - UGA, ENSAG - UGA, and Sciences Po - UGA) are committed, as responsible employers, to implementing ethical and inclusive human resources practices. We support our employees’ career paths and strive to provide a respectful work environment that promotes both their personal fulfillment and their quality of life.
Committed to professional equality between women and men, we are implementing a dedicated policy—outlined in an equality action plan—aimed at ensuring equity in career paths, working conditions, and career advancement, and at preventing all forms of discrimination.
