The ecological transition calls for a fundamental rethinking of the way we act and think. It requires us to set an example in our consumption patterns, infrastructure, and transportation, to harness science to propose concrete solutions, and to make the university a committed player in addressing the environmental emergency.

Sovereignty involves strengthening our ability to choose, protect, and develop the foundations of our autonomy: our knowledge, our skills, our technologies, and our academic freedom. It aims to preserve our independence in a world where strategic dependencies are on the rise.
