The IBES project aims to train several thousand students in the fields of biotherapy and bioproduction in order to meet the future needs of domestic manufacturers. It is based on a translational approach that brings together industry and institutions of higher education.
Topics:
Bioproduction, biopharmaceuticals
The IBES project aims to establish an educational value chain that meets the needs of the bioproduction industry. It offers a comprehensive training program covering the entire product lifecycle (from R&D to commercialization) and including careers in data, support, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs.
Drawing on a translational approach that bridges industry and academia, IBES leverages recognized scientific expertise and high-performance technical facilities. The project incorporates advanced technological tools, including virtual reality (digital twins) and big data analysis.
The goal is twofold: to modernize educational content and to enhance students’ professional immersion (internships, work-study programs, CIFRE theses). This strategy provides a concrete response to the expectations of regional and national stakeholders in the context of Industry 4.0.
