Cybersecurity: Securing the Digital Future

To design comprehensive, sustainable, and resilient solutions that serve society.

The resurgence of cyberattacks is a major challenge for our societies. In addition to their disastrous economic and social impacts, these attacks undermine public trust in the digital transition of activities and are the source of severe international tensions. Consequently, developing new, sustainable solutions that guarantee end-to-end security, privacy protection, and infrastructure resilience is now a multidimensional challenge spanning technical, economic, scientific, and social domains.

Through its multidisciplinary approach, Université Grenoble Alpes creates a space for close collaboration between experts and stakeholders to thoroughly examine all the technical and social issues raised by these attacks, thereby developing comprehensive, tailored, and innovative solutions.

Scientific Program

  • Cybersecurity Institute
This laboratory's research focuses on cybersecurity issues (security of critical infrastructure, attribution, responses to cyberattacks, privacy, and data protection, etc.) at the intersection of several disciplines. To address these issues, the Institute brings together, in a unique way, researchers from a wide variety of fields (mathematics, computer science, microelectronics, law, economics, management, political science, etc.) who have experience in multidisciplinary research on major topics.

Training for Careers of the Future

A training program certified under the "Skills and Careers of the Future" initiative:
  • CyberSkills@UGA
The goal of the CyberSkills@UGA project is to develop and strengthen cybersecurity training programs at the university campuses in Grenoble and Valence.
