Multi-Year Disability Master Plan 2025–2030

Building a more welcoming, fairer, and more accessible university for everyone
The University ofUniversité Grenoble Alpes s (UGA) has unveiled an ambitious roadmap to strengthen its commitment to being an inclusive university that is accessible to everyone. It is taking steps to improve the student experience, support its staff, and make all of its environments—whether digital or physical—more accessible.
For Students, the UGA aims to simplify and modernize support services, organize the network of disability advisors, and encourage the implementation of more inclusive teaching practices. It also aims to promote participation in campus life and better prepare students with disabilities for entry into the workforce.

For staff, the UGA is committed to increasing the recruitment of workers with disabilities, supporting their career paths, and ensuring an equitable quality of life at work through reasonable accommodations and widespread awareness-raising among staff regarding disability inclusion.

Finally, the UGA is accelerating the making its buildings accessible and its digital tools, by strengthening the monitoring of initiatives undertaken and by rolling out dedicated training programs.

This plan reflects a strong commitment: to build a university that is more welcoming, more equitable, and more accessible for its entire community.
