Gender Equality in the Workplace

Our university is firmly committed to an ethical, responsible, and inclusive approach to promoting professional equality between women and men among all our staff.
This commitment is being put into practice through an action plan for gender equality. This plan incorporates and expands upon our legal obligations and our own goals, structured around six key areas:
  • Reduce pay gaps.
Assess and address pay inequalities between women and men.
  • Ensure equal access to positions.
Ensure equal access to ranks, classes, and positions in the civil service.
  • Balancing work and personal life.
Supporting the balance between work and family responsibilities.
  • Combating Violence and Discrimination.
Preventing and addressing acts of violence, psychological or sexual harassment, and sexist behavior.
  • Taking Action to Promote Women's Health in the Workplace.
  • Promote gender diversity in our academic programs and across the University's various professions.
We are therefore committed to creating a more equitable and balanced work environment for everyone.
